Julie was an inaugural member of the Headlong Writers Group, and has recently completed the year-long Jerwood HighTide Writer's Group, where she wrote 18th Century black comedy KWAKSALVER. Previously, for Eastern Angles, with support from Arts Council England, she wrote BURIED WOMEN and THE FLETTON RAILWAY CHILDREN.
Her SHORTS have played at the Riverside Studios, Theatre 503 and The Old Red Lion. As part of comedy duo JULIE & JOSEPHINE, she wrote and appeared in Edinburgh Fringe hit Recruitment Stars and its follow-up, If No One Loves You, Change.
