Docu-drama FOR MUM played Doc Heads, Shorts On Tap and BIFA-qualifying Women X Festival during its extensive international festival run. Follow up, THE GOOD FIGHT, was longlisted for the Funny Women Award before playing in international competition at Dresdner Schmalfilmtage. Latest offering, THE GYMNAST, premiered at Credo 23 in LA ahead of its UK festival journey, which included BIFA Qualifying Sunrise Film Festival.

Julie’s directorial debut was award-winning romcom UNKNOWN NUMBER. She also wrote the script for ELSIE, PRINCE OF DENMARK, filmed in her hometown, Peterborough with a young shadow cast and crew.
