Julie’s pilot script for original drama OFF GRID was a Screencraft Fellowship semifinalist, a Sister writer in residence finalist and a Studio21 Drama Series finalist, while her script for THE LONG SPRINT was a 2024 quarterfinalist for both The Writers Lab International and Shore Scripts’ TV Pilot Mentorship Program.

In 2024, she was invited to present the TV adaptation of her novel LITTLE NOTHINGS at SerienCamp in Cologne, Germany.
