For Only… At Stowe

My feature film script For Only An Hour was a selected project at this year’s Stowe Story Labs fall writer’s retreat in Vermont, USA.

The project received, in the words of Stowe Story Lab’s co-founder David Pope, a week of “meaningful feedback in a supportive feedback” to progress its development.

For Only An Hour is a grounded and blackly comic sci-fi feature that asks the question: what would you do if you could bring your dead loved-one back for an hour a week?

Along with peer review, FOAH received one-on-one mentorship from filmmaker Ben Nabors (Palimpest, Actor Seeks Role, The Sound of Silence), Creative Producer and SAGindie Executive Director Darrien Michele Gipson and Stowe Launch director and Tribeca’s former director of scripted programmes Bryce Norbitz.
